- NEW🛠️ Custom Shiftwash PagesMar 10, 2026Site Admins and Super Admins can now create fully custom shiftwash pages from the Admin Panel → Shiftwash Config. Define your own sections, fields (number, text, textarea, time, percentage, yes/no), and mark fields as required or optional with comment support. Custom pages automatically appear in the sidebar under "Enter Shiftwash Data," integrate with View Shiftwash Online, and post to Slack on submission. Ideal for station-specific workflows like Gemba walks, safety audits, or any recurring data collection that doesn't fit the built-in categories. Pages support drag-and-drop reordering, duplication, preview, and per-station scoping.
- NEW📷 Mobile Camera QR ScanningMar 9, 2026All QR scan fields now support live camera scanning directly from your phone or handheld device. Tap the 📷 button next to any scan input — Cupboard Checkout, Cage Checkout, badge fields, inventory lookup, and locker assignment — to open the built-in camera scanner. Features include auto-detection with instant feedback (vibration + beep), front/rear camera switching, torch/flashlight toggle, and automatic action trigger after scan (e.g. item lookup or checkout submission). Works on mobile browsers without any app install. Barcode scanner paste auto-submit is also supported for dedicated handheld scanners.
- NEW📋 Shiftwash Sidebar ConfigMar 7, 2026Site Admins and Super Admins can now toggle sidebar links on/off per station via the new Shiftwash Config tab in the Admin Panel. Useful for stations that don't operate certain shifts — e.g. hide Sameday or Micromobility so the sidebar only shows what the station actually uses. Hidden links are removed from the sidebar for all users at that station.
- NEW📦 Item Catalog — Coupa Fields & Subscribe ModelMar 4, 2026Item Catalog now includes Coupa Link, Supplier, and Part Number fields per item. Stations must subscribe to catalog items they want to track — only subscribed items appear in Station Inventory. New Location field added to inventory items, allowing filtering by location (e.g. type "office" to find all items stored in the office, or "warehouse" for warehouse items).

- NEW📋 Paginated ChangelogMar 2, 2026The Home page changelog now uses pagination to keep the landing page clean. Defaults to 5 entries per page with options for 5, 10, 20, or All. Page size preference is saved in a cookie and persists across sessions. Pagination controls appear at both the top and bottom of the list with "Newer/Older" navigation, page range display (e.g., "Page 2 of 4 — 6–10 of 19"), and smooth scroll on page change. Pagination bars auto-hide when there are 5 or fewer total entries.
- FIX📦 Station Inventory Pagination Now WorkingMar 2, 2026Fixed a critical bug where Station Inventory in Manage Items rendered the entire item list instead of paginating to 50 entries per page. The
renderInventoryTableFilteredfunction was missing its closing block — the table HTML was built but never written to the DOM, and event listeners were never attached. The fix adds the missing table close, DOM assignment, save-row display, and event delegation. Pagination controls (First, Prev, Next, Last, per-page selector) now work correctly with filtering, sorting, and search. - NEW🔃 Sortable Inventory ColumnsFeb 27, 2026All column headers in Station Inventory are now clickable to sort ascending (▲), descending (▼), or reset to default order. Works on all columns including Index, Name, Category, Stock levels, Total, Status, Coupa fields, Order status, and Last Updated. Active sort is indicated with a colored arrow and a "Sorted" badge with one-click reset.
- NEW👻 Hide/Unhide Items per StationFeb 27, 2026Stations can now hide items they don't use from their inventory view. Hidden items are excluded by default but can be revealed with the "Show Hidden Items" toggle. Hidden rows appear with a striped background, faded opacity, and a "HIDDEN" badge. A counter badge shows how many items are hidden. Hiding/unhiding is saved per station and does not affect other stations or the global catalog.
- NEW🔍 Comma-Separated OR SearchFeb 27, 2026Search fields in Station Inventory and Item Search now support comma-separated OR logic. For example, searching "dbb1, KAL" shows items matching "dbb1" OR "KAL". Space-separated words within each group still use AND logic (e.g., "heavy tape" matches items with both words). Combines both: "dbb1, heavy tape" shows items with "dbb1" plus items containing both "heavy" and "tape".
- NEW🔎 Station Inventory Search & FiltersFeb 27, 2026Added category dropdown and free-text search to the Station Inventory tab in Manage Items. Users can filter inventory by category (without parenthetical text, with item counts), search by name, index, description, or Coupa fields, or combine both. Filter count shows matching items out of total. Same search experience as Item Search, now available directly in the inventory management view.
- NEW👁️ Cupboard & Cage Column Visibility TogglesFeb 27, 2026Station Inventory now has "Show Columns" toggles for Cupboard and Cage columns. Users can hide all 4 Cupboard columns (Stock, New, Min, New Min) or all 4 Cage columns independently. Useful for stations that only use one storage type. Cupboard toggle respects the Link Config setting — if Cupboard Checkout is disabled for a station, the toggle is automatically unchecked and disabled.
- NEW🏷️ Coupa Name & Coupa Link FieldsFeb 27, 2026Two new columns added to Station Inventory between Status and Order: Coupa Name (text field for the Coupa catalog item name) and Coupa Link (URL field with a clickable "🔗 Open Link" that opens in a new tab when a URL is saved). Both fields are also available in the single-item lookup tab. Coupa fields are editable, saved per station, and included in the search filter.

Useful when replacing the catalog with a new one via CSV import. Triple confirmation required (two dialogs plus typing "DELETE ALL"). Progress indicator shows deletion status. Button is hidden for all other roles.
