ℹ️ How AI Bridge Auto-Push Works
Configure automated AI-generated bridge summaries to be pushed to Slack channels daily. Each KPI (PNOV, DEA, Truck on Time) can have its own webhook — useful when different teams monitor different metrics.

Pulse Connector — Setup & FAQ
To use the Flow section, at least 1 laptop per station must run the Pulse Connector:
- Download the Pulse Connector (.zip)
- ⚠️ Important: Move the .zip to your Desktop or Documents folder before extracting. Do NOT run from the Downloads folder — Windows security policies will terminate the process after 1-2 seconds.
- Extract / unpack the .zip in that folder
- Start your Cisco VPN connection (same as for SCC)
- Start the Pulse Connector .exe file
- Look in the system tray (taskbar, bottom-right) for a small round icon. If it’s ● red or ● yellow, right-click → Refresh Session
- Complete the Midway authentication (YubiKey tap)
- Check the icon again — if still not ● green, repeat steps 6–7
- Data should appear in Pulse Portal within 60 seconds
- ● Green — Connected, data flowing
- ● Yellow — Waiting for API key capture
- ● Red — Session expired, needs re-authentication

1. How does the tool work?
The Pulse Connector bridges Station Command Center (SCC), YMS and Pulse Portal. It works as a Leader/Follower system: the first active connector fetches station data every 60s and uploads it to an internal S3 bucket. Other active connectors read from that cache instead of making API calls.
2. Do I need to run the Pulse Connector all the time?
At least 1 connector must be active on site. Other users will get their data from the Leader’s cached upload automatically.
3. Is there a mobile view?
Yes! But at least 1 connector must be active on site with a valid Midway session. Mobile users read the cached data from S3 — no connector needed on the phone.
4. Won’t multiple connectors create too many API calls?
No. Only the first connector (Leader) fetches from the API — that’s approximately 80 API calls for 80 stations every 60s total. All other connectors (Followers) just read the cached data. If the Leader shuts down, the next connector automatically takes over.
